Full interior remodeling is for people who have been living in a house for years and want something new. They don’t want to move into a new place because that’s a huge ordeal. But they want their current house to have a new look and feel to it.

That’s where our interior remodeling comes in. We sit down with you and plan out exactly how you envision your house to look like after remodeling. We want it to be exactly how you dream of it looking like.

Because it’s all about you and how you want your house to be like. And who doesn’t want to live in a house they dreamt of?

But here’s the caveat – the cost of this remodeling project will depend entirely on what you’re looking for.

How much will a full interior remodel cost?

To be honest, it depends.

If you’re going all out and want your house to have a luxurious look and feel to it, then it will cost you a pretty penny.

The reason for this is we will be using top quality materials and always go for the most luxurious options whenever possible.

But if you opt for something in the middle (not too luxurious but something that still looks good), then you will be spending less than how much you would on a luxurious remodel.

This is where a balance of luxury and budget comes in. We will discuss this with you and decide on what things you would like to spend more money and on what things you’d prefer going the budget route.

Most websites give a ballpark cost of how much you can expect to pay, which we think is kind of misleading because you can’t really have an estimate of how much someone would end up spending until you know exactly what they are looking for.

That’s the reason why we can’t give out numbers here. But if you do want to get a quote from us, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page and we will get back to you.

Is it better to just move?

As we mentioned at the beginning of this article, moving is a completely different thing. And most people might prefer just to renovate their house instead of moving.

This is mainly because if you decide to move, then you’ll first have to find a buyer for your house which is a lengthy process in itself. You have to finalize the deal with the buyer and so on.

And once you do find a buyer for your house, you then have to start looking for a house yourself. Finalize a deal for that. This usually ends up taking 3-4 weeks which is a pretty long time.

And it doesn’t end there. You will then start renovating the new house or at least change a few things to make sure they are exactly how you want them to be. And then you start moving in.

It’s just too big of a process compared to just renovating your current house.

If you go the renovation route, you just have to sit down with one of our contractors and plan out what you envision your house to look like. And we get to work.

Obviously if you decide to stay in the house while we renovate it, it will be inconvenient but it is still easier than moving.

Is it worth it to remodel your house?

Short answer? Yes.

In general, the value of any house goes up the longer you live in it. That’s just how the real estate market works. But if you are spending resources into renovating your house – things like kitchen, your deck/patio and everything else, then yes, the value of your house will go up.

And if you are planning to sell your house in the next 3-5 years then this will definitely a worthwhile investment.

But even if you are not planning to sell your house, it is still worth it to remodel your house because at some point all of us want to experience something new in the place we are living.

So it makes sense to remodel your house once every 10-15 years to have that fresh look and feel.
